We know you'll love Yolli's ability to combine her innate intuition for what your body needs using gentle unwinding and cranio-sacral techniques. 

She is also adept at 'getting stuck in' with deep soft tissue, strong joint mobilisation, and stretching if thats what your body needs. 

She routinely uses dry needling to get to and release those deeper, more stubborn knots. 

As an exercise and nature enthusiast, she deeply understands the importance of movement and doing the things we love.

During her down time, you will find Yolli lifting heavy weights, walking her dogs or playing with her daughter, Isla.
